This week, I tried something small that turned into something much bigger.
Instead of opening my laptop and working through my usual list, emails, files, notes, I decided to hand one of those tasks over completely.
Not “help me with this.” But “handle this.” And then I stepped away. When I came back, it was done. That was the moment it clicked.
Claude Cowork isn’t another AI tool. It’s something different.
This Is Not An Assistant, It’s A Coworker
We’ve all gotten used to AI assistants. You ask a question. It gives you an answer. You refine it. It improves.
Claude Cowork changes that dynamic completely.
Instead of interacting in prompts, you assign it a goal. It then plans what needs to be done, executes the steps, reviews its own work, and refines the outcome.
